Whether you’ve visited us once, have been attending for some time, or are simply exploring what it means to be
part of a church family, we want you to know how truly welcome you are here at Mariners. We believe that the church is more than just a place to worship on Sundays—it’s a family where we grow together in Christ, support one another through life’s ups and downs, and serve our community with love and purpose. Becoming a member of Mariners is a meaningful step that reflects a desire to be part of something bigger than yourself: a Christ-centered community committed to living out and sharing the Gospel. Membership is not about perfection—it’s about connection. It’s a commitment to grow in faith and closer to God; fellowship and walk alongside others; and contribute your unique gifts to the body of Christ. We believe every member has a purpose and a place here. Attached is a video from Pastor Paul sharing his thoughts on membership. We will have opportunities to explore more through church meetings and classes about what membership means to God and the body.
